Amanda Handy
Owner and Recruitment Specialist
My friends describe me as friendly, approachable and someone who takes time to listen. I'm very tenacious and the kind of person that likes to get stuck in to solve a problem never shying away from difficult situations. I've run recruitment teams for large agencies, but, wanting to stay close to the 'coal-face' of recruitment, decided to create Tru Recruitment with Sam who I have worked with in recruitment for many years. In my free time you will see me walking around the Cotswolds with Billy – our wonderful PR Manager!
Sam Morley
Owner and Recruitment Specialist
Always enthusiastic and upbeat (my glass is always half full!), I will not give in until the end goal is reached. I'm often told my energy is contagious to those around me which has a positive impact on what we achieve as a team. I have an extraordinary memory for people and names which has been an invaluable asset working in recruitment. I have worked for a large high street agency for a long time which has developed a passion for building long term fruitful relationships with all types of businesses.

Head of PR and Customer Enjoyment!
I come to work with the team on a regular basis where I have my own desk and furry blanket. I keep them focused and I'm often used for stress relief as I insist on lots of strokes and cuddles throughout the day. My ambition is for all dog owners to take their 'best friends' to work so we can all spend more time with the people we love. In my spare time I like to steal socks and bury things in the garden for later. My idea of heaven is cracking open a cold one with the boys, after taking my owner for a walk in the Cotswolds!

I also come to work with the team on a regular basis, and I have my own desk and furry blanket too, so Billy doesn't complain! My main role in the business is to ensure everyone stays safe,which I mainly do by licking visitors to death!! I love to go up on Leckhampton Hill, sniffing out new business while playing with my doggie friends!
